Eligible claimants include individuals, municipalities, county governments, or tribal governments who owned or had an interest in real property in Oklahoma between January 19, 2019, and the settlement's effective date, and who suffered property damage from earthquakes, foreshocks, or aftershocks.
Claimants must submit evidence documenting the property damage they suffered as a result of the Oklahoma earthquakes.

A class action lawsuit alleged that wastewater disposal wells operated by Freedom Energy, Montclair, New Dominion, and H&P contributed to the February 2, 2024, earthquake near Prague, Oklahoma, as well as other earthquakes across the state, causing property damage to residents and governments. If you qualify, you may receive a cash payment based on the amount of property damage you allegedly suffered. Zone A claimants may receive a proportional share of up to 90% of the net settlement fund, while Zone B claimants may receive a proportional share of up to 10% of the net settlement fund.
